We are deploying the Belle Face urban rental condominiums series (provider: ORIX Real Estate) and Lions Forsia series of rental condominiums (provider: DAIKYO). We are achieving a high occupancy rate through product planning that accurately addresses the needs of urban living.

Belle Face

The original Belle Face urban rental condominiums series brand has maintained a high occupancy rate by offering quality that is highly evaluated by occupants matching the characteristics of the property’s location. Going forward, a B+ rank or higher in Comprehensive Assessment System for Built Environment Efficiency (CASBEE) will be obtained in principle*.

The Lions Forsia series developed by DAIKYO is a rental condominiums brand that was carefully planned and designed leveraging the company’s experience in developing over approximately 6,400 condominium buildings nationwide (as of March 31, 2024). In addition, a B+ rank or higher in Comprehensive Assessment System for Built Environment Efficiency (CASBEE) will be obtained in principle.

Focusing on Design

The exterior design of each building incorporates hotel and commercial facility trends. The design of each building is carefully chosen and a variety of floor plans have been planned to meet the lifestyle needs of urban renters.
